Garnett getting a little to Physical

Jazz lose, but they shouldn't have.  Garnett kept elbowing everyone in the face.  Millsap even started bleeding, but the refs still didn't call it.  It was really stupid.  Anyway.  Jazz lose, they play Kings at home on Friday! GO JAZZ!!!!

Jazz Win

Well, the Jazz get a nice win over D-Will and Nets. Nice as in blowout.  Now the Jazz go to Boston to try and beat the Celtics.  GO JAZZ!!!!

Jazz 4OT Loss

Well, here's the longest game in franchise history.  Unfortunately, it came up as a loss.  Even worse, there goes out 6 game winning streak.  Well, we can say we still have a 7 game win streak at home.  We play a considerably worse team tonight when we play NJ. 4 players from Jazz still.  Memo got traded to Portland.  Well, Go Jazz!

Aproaching Final Four

Please put you seats in the upright position and fasten your seat belts.  We will soon be approaching the Final Four.  Well, here they are.
Kansas faces Ohio State (Go Kansas!)
And Kentucky squares off with Louisville  (Kentucky will win.)

Sweet 16 Begins

Well, yesterday was a depressing March Madness day for me.  O.K
Syracuse wins over Wisconsin, but only by one.
Louisville outplays them and the 1 Seeded Michigan State is the first of the 1's to go.  Crud.
Then Marquette finds themselves going home after a loss to Florida.
Finally, Ohio State continues their run as Cincinnati goes home.

Jazz with Impressive Win Over Kings

Well, Issiah Thompson stole Jimmermania's flare.  Jimmer only scored 6 points.  Anyway.  THE JAZZ WON!!  The Jazz beat the Kings 103-102.  The Jazz played nicely for 3 quarters and then basically fell apart in the start of the 4th.  After the Kings caught up, the Jazz got edgy and started making a couple shots.  The Kings were up 102-101 and only 4 seconds to go.  The Jazz made a nice ally-opp to Big Al and the Jazz were up, and the Jazz stopped the Kings for an airball shot with .9 seconds left.  Now they play tonight against the better Denver Nuggets.  The Jazz are only a half a game out of the playoffs and there is still plenty of basketball to be played.

Jazz get a Win (Not a Blowout Loss)

The Jazz beat the Thunder 97-90 to beat the best in the west.  They are a half a game out of playoffs, are on a 4 game winning streak and a 6 game winning streak at home.  In their last two wins, they've held the star players to very bad shooting.  Kobe, Sunday goes 3-for-20 and Kevin Durant went for 6-off of 21 shots.  It was bad.  Well, good for the Jazz. They go and play Jimmer+Kings on Thursday.  Now time for some easier teams to beat.

March Madness 2nd and 3rd Round

So, here's what happened over the weekend.
Kentucky beats Iowa St.
Indiana beats New Mexico St. and VCU
Baylor wins again against Colorado.
Xavier beats N. Dame and Leigh.
Leigh gets a supremely shocking win over Duke.
Michigan St. beats LIU and Saint Louis.
Louisville beats New Mexico in a comeback win.
Murray St. loses to Marquette.
Another shocker as Missouri loses.
Nolfork St. ends it against Florida.
Syracuse and Wisconsin face off in Sweet 16
Gonzaga gets slaughtered by Ohio St. in close game.
Ok, just go to the bracket. I'm tired of typing. http://games.espn.go.com/tournament-challenge-bracket/en/entry?entryID=1867360

Jazz havin' a Nice Weekend

3 game winnin' streak people.  The Jazz got a nice overtime win over Golden State on Saturday and then Sunday got probably their most impressive win of the season, topping L.A on their home court on Sunday.  The now 23-22 Jazz now own a winning record as they take on the Thunder tonight.  Luckily, this time they aren't on a back-to-back-to-back.  Go Jazz!

Stop and Think About It: Week 3

This week's Stop and Think About It is stop and think about your grades. A lot of people sluff class for a million reasons: it's boring, don't want to. Tons of reasons. Well, do you want to end up working at McDonalds and living in a box. Is your future going to be being a McDonalds Hobo? The better grades you have, the more jobs will want you so Stop And Think About It.

March Madness Second Round

So, it was an exciting day for March Madness. So here's who came out on top:
Kentucky beats Western Kentucky, no surprise.
Champion UConn gets unexpectedly defeated by Iowa St.
VCU defeats Witicha St.
Colorado upsets UNLV
Unfortunately, Baylor defeats South Dakota St. by a few.
New Mexico beats Long Beach State in a close game.
Louisville beats Davidson.
BYU couldn't come up against Marquette.
Syracuse wins.
Kansas beats Southern Missouri.
Vandy beats Harvard, no surprise.
Wisconson wins over Montana.
Gonzaga wins against WVU.
Ohio St. beats Loy.
That was Thursdays games.  Here's a link to my bracket:  http://games.espn.go.com/tournament-challenge-bracket/en/entry?entryID=1867360.  Half of mine are stupid.  I'm a total optimist.
See you tomorrow.

Jazz Win

Millsap the beast comes out and helps the Jazz win 111-105.  Hayward also scored 26 points.  Millsap had a career high 8 steals on the night.  The now 21-22 Jazz remain in SLC to play Golden State and their new player, Andrew Boget Saturday night.  Good Luck Jazz!

The First Round

Well, probably one of the most interesting first rounds ever.  BYU stages 25 point comeback and makes NCAA Tournament History.  Western Kentucky wins to go on and play regular 1 seed Kentucky.  Vermont beats Lemar and goes on.  Finally, California Loses. Now let's see the Madness in full throttle.

Jazz Lose

Well, at least they tried.  The Jazz's road woes continue as they fall 120-111 at the Suns place.  The Jazz were tied at the half, then the Suns broke open the 3rd quarter.  The Jazz of course, attempted a comeback and it almost worked.  They got within 1, but they just couldn't stop Nash's spectacular passes.  They got their loss sealed by Big Al missing a shot at he 26 second mark.  Well, at least they're playing even worse teams tonight.  Rubioless T'Wolves and Andrew Boget+GS. Good Luck Jazz!

March Madness Time

And back we come to March Madness.  I might post my bracket soon, but I'm going to keep updates on all the madness.  I'm sorry, but I'm anti-BYU, so yea.  Well, keep coming for updates on this.  Because this is the Madness in March.

JAZZ WIN AWESOMELY

Ha, I totally called it, the Jazz won.  The now 20-21 Jazz play Wednesday at Phoenix to play Ronnie Price.  Now.  The Jazz win 105-90.  Big Al's grandma passed away earlier and he dedicated this game to her.  Wow.  His grandma got one of the Jazz's best games.  He exploded for 33 points, also with his very first NBA 3 during a game.  He's now one of 24 all time and he wants to keep his percentage that way.  We morn for the death of his grandma and PARTY BECAUSE THEY WON!!!!

Jazz Close Road Trip on Lose Streak

Well, they were good teams.  At least they were good winning teams.  So, the Jazz fall on tough defense with Philly and The Chicago Jazz was too much for the Utah Jazz to handle.  Had Boozer to commit inside-paint murder and Korver dropped fireworks on us from the outside.  I liked Korver.  To bad he left.  Brewer had an OK night as being the first one in the Jazz out east.  Luckily, we have most of our games this week at home.  They play bad Detroit tonight, then go to Phoenix for Wednesday to play former player Ronnie Price, also has a 19-21 record and just ahead in standings.  Then Thursday and Saturday against Rubioless Minnisota and Golden State whom we both want revenge on.  Finally a rare Sunday game against arch-rival L.A Lakers.  Masked Kobe better have his game, Jazz took the last one at home from them.  Good Luck, Jazz!

Jazz Go For 2-Game ROAD Win Streak

The Jazz beat the Bobcats 99-93. Who saw Harris's 3-point buzzer beater at Halftime, huh? That was awesome. Hope they can beat the teams now that actually have a winning record.

Jazz in a Should-Win Situation

So the Jazz are playing the worst team in the NBA. So...winning Monday against the Cavs was actually harder. I don't want to say they'll win or I'll jinx it. But, they have absolutely no excuse if they lose this on. They just won a game on the road so they can't say because they're only 4-13 on the road. Good Luck Jazz!

Stop and Think About It: Week 2

This week's Stop and Think About It is to stop and think about what you look at. I know it's kind of heavy, but it is something you gotta talk about sometime. To know if it's appropriate, think if you would show it to a five year old. Don't look at perverted stuff. Stop and Think About It.

Win Some, Lose Some

Well, the Jazz depressingly lose after a monstrous 41 point 4th Quarter. But, they bounce back to beat 13 win Cavs and snap a six game road losing streak. The Jazz are still only 4-13 on the road. But, holding on to beat the Cavs was a good win. Hope they cam beat terrible Charlotte tomorrow.

Stop and Think About It: Week 1

So, this week's Stop and Think About It is.. to stop and think about all the good things in life you have.  Absolutely everybody has something positive happening to them.  The problem is that they just sit there and think about what bad things are happening.  Even hobos have something good.  They're still living, aren't they?  So, this week, I want you to stop for a minute and think about all the good things.  Write a list if you want.  You might be surprised when you pull out a second sheet of paper.

Jazz Win at Home!

HA HA! I totally called it.  The Jazz beat the Rockets 104-85 in a blowout!  So, anyway, they played really good.  16-18 Jazz hopefully can get a win against the team they're playing next before they go on the road.  Do you know who they're playing?  HEAT!  AND THEY ARE GOING TO WIN!!!!!!! Tomorrow.

Feburary 29

So, yesterday was February 29, what did you do?  Did you go and do something you'd never think you'd do.  If you're reading this, then post a comment on what you did different for leap day.
